Owned and operated by Selkirk resident, Crystal Lynn Gratwick, the business was recognized as winner of the 2026 Canadian Choice Awards for Health & Wellness in Selkirk and built on the premise of providing a space to discover you, find acceptance, deep self love and learn to thrive through the ebbs and flow of life.
Services include weekly accessible yoga & Mobility classes including Chair Yoga, monthly Immersive Sound Journey (or sound bath), Hot basalt Stones, Ayurveda Massage, Sound Massage, Reiki, Tuning Forks, regular Retreats offerings & Private Events. Crystal is a highly trained and certified Yoga & Movement Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, Ayurveda Massage Professional, Reiki Practitioner and Retreat Coordinator/Host.
